orders
we strive for ingredient transparency and are proud to be 100% natural and vegan. there's no hidden surprises here! you'll find the ingredients list for each product detailed on the product listing on our website and also in our booklet once you receive your order. however if there's anything you're unsure about, our friendly team on live chat are always available to help with any more questions.
we're working on it! currently we only ship to the UK.
once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you are able to track your package.
orders that haven't synced with our warehouse we can try our best to amend! contact us straight away via our live chat or at hello@momentwellbeing.com to see if this is possible. please be aware that if your order has already synced to our warehouse, we won't be able to make any amendments. this includes changing scents, products or quantities.
if you have noticed a shipping address error, please contact us straight away via our live chat or hello@momentwellbeing.com. if your order hasn't been shipped, there is a possibility that we can redirect your package but it's not a guarantee. if your parcel has already been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping services to alter the address.
returns
all items except our bath oil and skincare products are eligible for return. to start your return, please get in touch via our live chat or email us at returns@momentwellbeing.com.
items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. goods that are eligible for a return must be:
- unused and in the same condition it was received
- the seal unbroken
- in its original packaging
- purchased in the last 14 days
we will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. moment wellbeing reserve the right to refuse any returns.

we're sorry that you have received an item that is faulty, please contact our friendly support team on our live chat or via hello@momentwellbeing.com for this to be rectified as soon as possible. please be ready to supply photos or video of the fault.
shipping
all orders are shipped from our UK based warehouse.
we provide next day shipping (if ordered before the cutoff period detailed on each product listing) via Royal Mail or DPD.
shipping is free for all orders.
depending on the timing of your purchase, your package will take 1-2 working days.
