thanks for shopping with moment wellbeing! we really hope you love your items, however sometimes you want to return your order, so we have made it super quick and simple for you to be able to make your return.

to get your return started,
please email returns@momentwellbeing.com with your order number.

we can exchange or refund items if:

- they are returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
- they are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused with the seal unbroken)
- they are in original packaging
- please note for health and hygiene reasons, our luxury bath oils are not eligible for return.

we will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. moment wellbeing reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

we're sorry that you have received an item that is faulty, please contact our friendly support team on our live chat or via hello@momentwellbeing.com for this to be rectified as soon as possible. please be ready to supply photos or video of the fault.

All of our products contain essential oils. a full list of ingredients can be found in each product description and in the booklet with every purchase. if you know you are sensitive to limonene or other compounds in essential oils then please do not use these products.
