we can exchange or refund items if:
- they are returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
- they are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused with the seal unbroken)
- they are in original packaging
- please note for health and hygiene reasons, our luxury bath oils are not eligible for return.
we will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. moment wellbeing reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

you will receive a prepaid returns label once your returns case has been approved.

All of our products contain essential oils. a full list of ingredients can be found in each product description and in the booklet with every purchase. if you know you are sensitive to limonene or other compounds in essential oils then please do not use these products.
